Makeup Artist and Hairstylist
Julie Swenson began her hair and makeup career at David Dru Aveda
Concept Salon in Beverly Hills, California. Her clientele ranged from
TV and Film personalities to school teachers.
Now, 10 years later, Julie is the primary stylist and makeup artist for Smart and Chic, an on-site bridal makeup and hair company.
She also showcases her skills at runway shows, in print, and at
salon and store makeup events.
Recently, she was a key makeup artist at the IMTA Talent Search,
an Aveda Photo Shoot with Rudy Miles, and a Project Runway inspired show with Nathanial Hawkins.
Her philosophy is simple, enhance beauty don’t transform it. Julie specializes in clean, soft and natural makeup and classic hairstyles for brides.
