Smart & Chic is excited to announce a new makeup artist on our L.A. team -Originally from Russia and currently located in Los Angeles, Julia Romanenko is a professional makeup artist with over four years experience in the industry. Her work ranges from film, fashion, and runway to theatre and special events. Trained and certified in airbrushing and special effects by Joe Blasco Make Up Center, her passion for makeup artistry is constantly growing with every face she touches.
Being a portrait artist and painter on the side, she has a sharp and artistic eye for faces and features, seeing the face as a canvas and making each make up application an individual work of art.
