Smart and Chic awards Kelsey Neuman with a $500 Cosmetology School scholarship

Smart and Chic selected Kelsey Neuman of school district 916 to receive the $500 Cosmetology School scholarship.

Julie Swenson, originator of the scholarship fund, spoke fondly of Kelsey,

"her essay was genuine and articulate. It's obvious that she is dedicated to learning and will be a great asset to the salon industry."

Congratulations Kelsey! Kelsey graduates from high school this May.
