I was in my old neighborhood, Cathedral Hill, St. Paul,
last week and stopped into Bars Bakery.

Who cares that it was only 10am, it's never too early for chocolate chip
shortbread or a brownie right?
The co-owner Kara helped me choose the Cabana Bar which
tasted like a seven layer bar, but much heartier (new breakfast of champions).
I told her that I was part of the wedding industry and she mentioned they cater several
rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and gift openings.
The Bakery has a delicious selection of
Bars, Scones, Rolls, Croissants, Tarts and Cookies.
If not for your wedding, at least for breakfast!
